Glorious spring sunshine shone for Kent Lifes first lunch of the year, an opportunity to celebrate and thank some of the magazines key supporters.

Advertisers, editorial contributors, co-partners and friends gathered at beautiful Boys Hall, near Ashford, for a drinks reception followed by a delicious three-course meal.

Guests were welcomed by Angela Smith, Advertisement Manager and Editor Sarah Sturt, with an impromptu vote of thanks delivered by Tim Monckton of Kent law firm Whitehead Monckton. Manager Director Marcus Cooling told guests a little of the history of The Hall, which was originally built in 1616 by the Boys family, who lived here for many years and were great farmers and landowners. Four hundred years on, Boys Hall makes a splendid venue for weddings, celebratory, private and corporate events.
