Mark Lumsdon-Taylor, finance and resources director of the Hadlow Group, celebrated his 40th birthday in style by entertaining 50 guests to a dinner party held at Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells. The theme of the party was based on Star Trek, which has enjoyed a cult following for decades. A number of guests dressed for the occasion and Mark chose the starring role of Fleet Admiral. The birthday cake featured the Star Trek logo and blue Champagne was served instead of Romulan Ale with its infamous kickback. The evening was deemed a great success by guests and Trekkies alike.
