Engaged couples and their families will be encouraged to get into the swing of organising their big day next Sunday (16th September) at The Brew House Hotels Wedding Exhibition in The Old School House with toe-tapping entertainment and a host of local suppliers.

Versatile band The Allstars will be playing wedding reception favourites on the terrace, and inside brides and grooms-to-be will be able to speak to businesses including luxury chocolate fountain company Chocolate Rain and Florist in the Forest, which specialises in country styles and natural designs.

For those wishing to turn heads, Katherine Elizabeth Millinery from London and La Belle Femme will be exhibiting, and couples wanting to get in shape can discuss their needs with personal trainer KC Fitness. The Brew House Hotels very own resident DJ, Luke Swift, will be on hand to discuss disco requirements, while two local photographers and fine jeweller Payne & Sons will also be offering their services.

Melissa Brooker, The Brew House Hotel Function and Events Manager, said: The wedding exhibition gives us the perfect opportunity to showcase the bespoke service we offer here at The Brew House Hotel. For some, organising a wedding can seem a daunting task, but its something we do here every day. We hope visitors will take something from the experience and leave feeling inspired.

The event is from 10am-4pm and is free of charge. Couples will be treated to a free glass of sparkling wine. For more information visit
