Luke Davies heads up the team at this refurbished and relaunched restaurant decorated in stylish pistachio, green and creams and set in this popular hotel and spa. His menus showcase seasonally inspired dishes with priority given to sourcing the best local produce from local suppliers. Alongside the grill menu are timeless classics such as Romney Marsh lamb, plus a daily seafood catch.
