Chef of the Year
Archant
We reveal the Chef of the Year 2016
Kent is home to some of the most celebrated chefs in the country. With expert use of the county’s wide range of local and seasonal produce, many of our chefs constantly change and modify their menus to be always fresh and forward-thinking.
We were looking for the chefs producing menus that make a difference. Our winner isn’t chosen for lavish style, but good quality, passion and producing fabulous local dishes.
And the winner is...
Graham Garrett, The West House, Biddenden
Former rock musician, now chef-patron with a Michelin star he’s held since 2004, just two years after buying The West House. Call 01580 291341 or westhouse@btconnect.com
