Deep in the heart of the Kent countryside yet only 35 minutes from London St Pancras, the Kent Cookery School offers a wide range of cookery courses to suit everyone.

Whether it is a gift for a loved one, a treat just for you, a childrens party or a corporate event, our team of expert tutors will make sure the day is one youll never forget.

The Kent Cookery School, Kents first purpose built cookery school was set up in 2011 in the 19th century stable courtyard of Mersham-le-Hatch, nr Ashford.

Our wide range of courses suit cooks with all levels of skills whether a complete beginner or just wanting some new ideas. With so much wonderful local produce on our doorstep here in the Garden of England, you can learn new skills and how to get the best out of local, seasonal produce.

From bread making, cakes and bakes, canaps, dinner party recipes to foraging, Italian, French and Tapas. Key skills with game, meat and poultry to everything you need to know about preparing and cooking fish.

Courses are full day, half day or evening demo and dine with lots of hands on experience and of course delicious dishes to taste. Full day courses include three course lunch.
