A Dartford development has won Development of the Month in a new feature from leading property portal whathouse.co.uk.

Waterstome Park, by Countryside Properties, caught the judges’ eye for being “unconventional in terms of design, and well positioned in the heart of an area that is part of a huge regeneration project.”

Waterstone Park is a development of one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses, situated within seven acres of parkland in the shadow of a restored 11th-century castle.
