A Grade 1 listed mansion house is to be refurbished to form part of a new development of townhouses and apartment buildings.

Sundridge Park, near Bromley, was influenced by John Nash and is flanked by two championship golf courses and set in landscaped grounds designed by Humphrey Repton.

Developer Millgate Homes will undertake careful refurbishment of the former mansion coach house, while gaining inspiration from it to create the new-build element, set at the top of the terraced gardens.

The development will also incorporate a hotel-style concierge service, and a private spa complex; prices range from £900,000 to £5m.
