An innovative new scheme at the prestigious re-development of one of Kent’s best-known country houses looks set to encourage would-be home owners to get out of the rental rut.

With the opportunity to move in immediately, new residents at Penshurst’s Clockhouse Mews can rent with the option of buying their chosen property after 12 months, and having the cost of the 12 months’ rent refunded towards the deposit.
