A radically designed Kentish townhouse has scooped Best Small House category in this year’s Mail on Sunday British Homes Awards.
Barratt’s eScape townhouse, at its Eden Village development in Sittingbourne, impressed the judges with ‘outstanding interior space and great variety’.
The design, by London architects PCKO, originally won a major architectural competition seeking a 21st-century take on the townhouse.
